This robot is called the BIOLOID, a wall climber robot which has designed and made by Technical University of Dortmund and University of Manitoba. Bioloid robot able to scale walls on its own and also has equipped with a predefined motion sequence system. On the video, you will see the Bioloid could do climb or walk based on the X / Y positions of the wall grips. I believe, only the Bioloid robot who can do that movement so freely specially while do climbing.
