Lately, there were many of celebrities having a problems with justice. Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton with their problem on drug abuse, now we heard that Mel Gibson is threatened of domestic violence. He pulled a gun to his girlfriend – a Russian singer “Oksana Grigorieva” last January 6th. Not just that, Mel also reported by Oksana that he was punched her in the mounth and again in the side of the head. Oksana and Mel are having an eight-month-old daughter named Lucia, and when the accident happened, Oksana was holding Lucia and they fell backwards on the bed while Mel tried to choke her. And because of Mel’s rudeness, he is now facing a criminal investigation. And he could be jailed.

Mel is now facing a criminal investigation on domestic battery charges by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department and is part of a Department of Children and Family Services investigation. And Oksana plans to defend herself against Mel’s baseless claims.
