Yesterday, we see the Christmas tree that made from OLED display, now OLEDs will be use to treat skin cancer and acne. One who have the idea is a U.K team who will develop wearable OLED stickers to cure skin ailments. Recently, skin cancer treated by using combo lights and drugs (photodynamic therapy), but that’s not simple and people have to come to hospital.

So, Lumicure Ltd, decided to use OLEDs for the treatment. It will be attach into sticking plaster, then put it on the diseased skin. It very comfortable and simple, you don’t have to come to hospital, cause you can use it at home. Lumicure will released the OLEDs in the quarter fourth of 2009.
